Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) is a method that focuses on improving neurological input to the muscles, which can help to alleviate issues such as pain, overuse injuries, arthritic conditions, muscle tightness, and muscle weakness. By using a checks and balance system, I work to improve mobility and stability and reduce joint stresses that can lead to chronic pain and overuse injuries.
